Shop Terms and Conditions

At the moment I am only sending to the UK from my website. I will be adding postage options for EU, non EU countries, USA and other parts of the world over the next few weeks (hopefully to be completed by mid-October. If you require something right now for overseas dispatch please get in touch, I can set up a custom sale.

Processing Times

The processing/dispatch time can be found in the body of the item description. Items that are permanently in stock will be listed as having a 3 or 5 day processing time (detailed below), whereas some items such as Giclee Prints or mugs that have to be ordered will typically have a one to two week processing time. All hand made and original artworks listed have been already created as shown and are ready to buy so have a 3 day dispatch time. Processing time starts when order is placed.

Greetings and Christmas Cards - 3 day dispatch time

Digital Prints - 4 day dispatch time

Giclee Prints - 2 weeks dispatch time

Totes, tea towels and mugs - 3 day dispatch time

Mugs that need to be ordered - one week dispatch time

Original Artworks - 3 day dispatch time

Returns

Please contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item if it is no longer needed. Items can be returned if they have been found to be damaged or not as described.

Please dispatch item back to me within 14 days of receipt.

After these times I will no longer discuss return of items. I will make a full refund when the item is received back in good condition to re-sell (unless obviously, the items have been agreed to have been defective or damaged before receipt by customer.)

Cancellations

I rarely accept cancellations. Once the item is ordered and paid for it will be sent out with no refunds.

If the order involves a custom item then no refund will be given if cancelled. Any digital downloads cannot be cancelled once received.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Privacy Policy

In my website shop transactions I only use the information from customers for the sole use of sending the item to the said customer. The only time the customer’s location details leave the secure place they are kept in the order section of the shop is when I write the name and address onto the package itself. I do not store the information outside of the shop account.

I also never give details of who I have sold an item to or where they are going by photographing packages or in any way add email addresses to any email lists I have. If I wanted to ask for a customer’s email to be used in my mailing list I would contact the customer directly via an email or direct message to get permission to do so first.
